As a Demand Planner, you will play a key role in ensuring demand forecast accuracy and effective supply chain communication. You will collaborate with the Head of Customer Supply Chain and other demand planners to drive this process.
This is a dynamic role with a variety of tasks and activities. You will create a consensus forecast for Kerry's S&OP process, manage the monthly cadence for demand planning, and generate reports to provide insights and drive the process.
You will also champion demand planning ways of working, communicate with customers and sales teams, and support development projects from launch to delisting. Additionally, you will attend and contribute to Supply Chain Meetings as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize workload based on impact assessment. You should also have excellent communication and presentation skills within and across business functions.
