Job Description:
Our client, a large, global pharmaceutical company, is looking for additional support in their Order Management department.
THE ROLE
In this role, you will be a primary contact for business to business (B2B) customers, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. High attention to detail is essential as administration tasks are crucial to this role. Customer service is a large part of your responsibility, but this role does not involve working with a ticketing system; you will be assisting through calls and emails while processing orders and other everyday tasks. Hence, good prioritization and multitasking skills are essential.
THE CANDIDATE
We are looking for French speakers who genuinely care about people and possess excellent communication skills. Any previous experience in a fast-paced office environment or customer-oriented role is desirable, but not mandatory. A can-do attitude, resourcefulness, and willingness to learn are key attributes.
THE PROCESS.
I can arrange a call with interested candidates to discuss the role and your expectations. If all goes well, I will submit an application on your behalf. Successful applicants will then be called for an interview, which should take no more than a week.
THE OTHER BITS
Salary is €16.41 per hour, with 37.5 hours per week, totaling approximately €32,000 per year (before tax). The contract will be with Cpl, initially on a fixed term, but with a strong possibility of extension or turning into a permanent position.
You’ll be working Monday to Friday, during regular office hours (8am – 4pm or 9am – 5pm). There is a hybrid model in place: 3 days per week from the office in Dublin 22, and 2 days from home. It is likely that you will be full-time in the office during the training period.
After successful onboarding and probation, you can request to work up to 6 weeks / 30 working days from abroad (T&C apply).
