Job Title: Facilities Officer (Part-Time)

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Facilities Officer to oversee daily operations, building maintenance, and health & safety compliance in our professional services company.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise Front of House and Post Team, coordinating daily tasks and resolving issues.
* Arrange and oversee building maintenance (electricians, plumbers, cleaners, etc.).
* Manage Fire Risk Assessments, PAT testing, EICR testing, and fire safety compliance.
* Liaise with cleaning contractors and negotiate facilities contracts.
* Oversee car park management alongside security.
* Maintain facilities records and spreadsheets.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a facilities role.
* Experience in a busy work environment (professional services is a plus).
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to multitask and use initiative.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
