The Role

Key Responsibilities:

Qualification and Experience
A Masters-level qualification in a healthcare-related discipline is essential. A management qualification is preferred. In-depth knowledge of regulation requirements related to HIQA, the MHC, and HSA compliance, with experience managing inspections and associated quality improvement activities.
Proven leadership and management experience within a large organisation in either the public or private sector. A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. Strong experience in internal compliance, risk management, auditing, and governance.
