Role: Project Manager
Location Base: Ballincollig Regional Office covering our Projects throughout Munster
Salary: Competitive
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
1. 5+ years of experience, preferably in water and wastewater industries.
2. Strong knowledge of Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (Construction) Regulations 2013.
3. Experience in MEICA engineering (mechanical installation, control panels, commissioning).
4. Level 8 Honours Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.
5. Proficient in MS Project and other MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
7. Full driving license required.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Manage multiple projects, ensuring safety, sustainability, and client satisfaction.
2. Lead the construction team and coordinate with stakeholders and other disciplines.
3. Conduct health and safety inspections, toolbox talks, and meetings.
4. Monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure on-time procurement and payments.
5. Mentor and train team members, contribute to resource management and recruitment.
6. Provide feedback to improve project delivery processes and stay updated on industry standards.
