Our client, a distinguished law firm in Dublin City Centre, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and develop their HR function. You will be reporting to the Chief Operations Officer. This role is a key leadership position, ensuring that the firm's people strategy aligns with its business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and develop the HR function, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Oversee recruitment, talent management, and succession planning.
* Enhance internal HR systems and ensure the smooth operation of the HRIS.
* Guide employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
* Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and employee wellbeing initiatives.
* Drive training, development, and CPD programmes.
* Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the firm.
Ideal Candidate:
* 4+ years’ experience in a senior HR leadership role.
* 3rd level qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
* CIPD accreditation is required.
* Strong ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
* A solutions-driven approach with a positive, proactive attitude.
* Previous experience in a legal or professional services environment is highly desirable.
