Senior Talent Manager
Link Personnel is working in conjunction with a top professional services firm to recruit a Senior Talent Manager. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with a genuine interest in performance management and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement performance management strategies aligned to the firm's values and objectives.
* Review and develop performance management processes and tools to effectively evaluate performance and inform promotions.
* Lead the objective setting process, manage the annual calendar, and provide training and support to employees and managers on objective setting and review.
* Analyse performance data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, providing meaningful reporting on key milestones.
* Act as HR system super-user, including account setup, user training, development, and support.
* Produce reports and statistics from the system focusing on data analytics and accuracy.
* Work with finance and HR teams on remuneration policy, bonus structure, and implementation, overseeing administration of the same.
* Coordinate all promotion and remuneration cycles, ensuring processes are fair and transparent.
Requirements:
* HR professional with proven experience in performance management, talent development, and employee engagement.
* Strong understanding of performance management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
* Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
* Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HR systems and other relevant software applications.
