This position is a hybrid position based in our new state of the art Head Office in Maynooth - an open plan office, with wonderful collaborative working areas, subsidised canteen, EV charging points, and is easily accessible by car or public transport.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
* Oversee and coordinate the execution of Learning & Development events and projects
* Develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships with both internal colleagues and external training providers
* Regularly update, and accurately manage data on the E-Learning platform and Learning Management System (LMS)
* Manage all queries regarding L&OD organised courses and education support applications and status, ensuring responses are given in a timely manner
* Ensure precise and effective completion of all administrative tasks including invoicing
* Prepare talent development reports to facilitate L&D quality evaluations
Requirements
Technical/Professional
* Previous experience working in a learning & development, HR, quality, customer experience position or similar
* Exceptional organisation and planning skills with aptitude for displaying decision-making and autonomy with limited oversight
* Confident using MS Office and databases. Familiarity with an LMS/ talent management system would be advantageous for this position
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
