HR Data Administrator (3-Month Contract)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Data Administrator to support our clients HR team on a three-month contract. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining HR data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality while supporting HR processes and reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update HR databases and systems with accurate employee information.
* Ensure HR data integrity by regularly auditing and validating records.
* Generate reports and analytics from HR systems to support decision-making.
* Assist with data entry related to employee onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes.
* Support payroll processing by verifying employee records and updates.
* Handle confidential HR data with discretion and in compliance with GDPR and company policies.
* Collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance data management processes.
* Respond to data-related inquiries from employees and management.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in HR administration or a HR Graduate looking for experience.
* Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Excel.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
* Ability to manage confidential information responsibly.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills to interact with internal stakeholders.
* Knowledge of GDPR and data protection best practices.
