About Your New Job
As a Technical Records Specialist, you will:
* Manage documentation related to engine leases, including short-term operations, lease pool inductions, and lease return discrepancy reports.
* Review and ensure compliance of supplied documentation with OEM, airworthiness standards, and customer requirements.
* Maintain and update various record systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Liaise with customers, technical consultants, and stakeholders to resolve documentation issues.
* Interpret manufacturer manuals and service documentation for Life Limited Parts (LLP) and critical airworthiness directives.
* Support engineering teams and contribute to compiling data packs for engine records.
What Skills You Need to become a Technical Records Specialist
* Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and numerical skills.
* Experience working with aircraft and/or aircraft engine documentation.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and experience with documentation management systems.
* Willingness to participate in training and occasional travel as required.
