You will be working for a leading global professional services company based in Dublin, Ireland, supporting a well-known global technology platform.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
2. Engage with customers after contracting to ensure smooth transition and satisfaction
3. Ensure accounts are supported and serviced
4. Drive renewal or expansion opportunities at assigned accounts
5. Review sales pipeline and performance
6. Produce performance and forecast reports
7. Engage in discovery, scoping, and pricing
8. Gain an understanding of our partners’ business goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to drive renewal or expansion opportunities at assigned accounts
What they are looking for:
1. Be able to fluently read, write, speak and comprehend the German and English language
2. Have worked in a sales role for a year that involves creating relationships with businesses and helping them hand-in-hand to achieve their goal
3. Have experience with Advertising Technology campaign management in any online ad platform (Amazon, Twitter, Facebook, Google, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc)
4. Understand Digital marketing terms and metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM and ROAS.
5. Prove that you worked towards a sales target before
