The role reports directly into the Head of People and Culture and is a pivotal senior leadership role responsible for the development and delivery of the LotusWorks HR/ People strategy. Together with a core (global) HR team, the position will deliver professional human resource (HR) services, including the design of relevant HR policies and strategic initiatives to ensure we recruit, retain, develop, and promote highly skilled and motivated people. This role plays a crucial part in shaping the company's culture, attracting, and retaining top engineering and technical talent, and fostering a People First culture of continuous professional growth. In this role you will be responsible for all aspects of the Company's Total Rewards offering to attract, hire, motivate and develop talent to deliver your business strategy. It's our aim to help ensure a holistic and fair approach to the employee experience which is competitive in the industries we compete in.
Responsibilities:
* Engage with leadership to develop deep business acumen and use those insights to establish and oversee global compensation and benefits packages, overseeing salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and incentive programs tailored across LotusWorks service industries, which are desired, valued and understood by employees.
* Review and design pay models including compensation framework, performance management and recognition ensuring compliance with local/regional legislation.
* Advise and implement remuneration governance frameworks and best practice, and own the organizations review and implementation of the EU Pay Transparency Directive along with auto enrolment.
* Advise and implement on pay bands with alignment to organisation job architecture, working closely with managers across the company.
* Advise and implement Communication strategy and marketing of Total Rewards package to employees.
* Develop and manage compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain high-calibre engineering and technical talent.
* Drive digital transformation in compensation and benefits processes and systems for improved administration and employee experience.
* Establish and then govern a global mobility framework in line with industry best practices and ensure seamless delivery of Global Mobility best practices for our globally dynamic workforce.
* Communicate with employees to build LW brand around total rewards and how it aligns to performance management.
* Design and Lead Education sessions with global managers around Rewards best practices and enhance the Manager capability at the company. Coach, guide and mentor others in the HR organization to enhance the Rewards Capability in the organization.
* Engage with the Finance and Payroll teams as required to deliver programs that enhance our organizations efficiency and effectiveness.
* Utilizing their broad HR skillset to become a key member of the HR team, playing an active role in the delivery of HR Business Partnering service catalogue.
* Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you in your role.
Skills Required:
* A minimum of +5 years of experience in leading HR functions/consultancy with a proven track record in developing and delivering programs
* Experience with Rewards Industry Benchmarking
* Experience with Lifecycle Benefits & Selection
* Strong Analytical Skill
* Strong leadership skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence broad stakeholder groups to deliver a program
* Fluent in English, and ability to communicate both Verbal and Written to C-Suite level.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities
* Proven experience of building and maintaining relationships at a senior level resulting in securing new opportunities to influence change
* Demonstrated proficiency in MS analytics tools and other HRIS systems
* International Travel up to 10%
Education / Licenses / Certifications:
* Bachelor's or master's degree in management, finance, accountancy, human resources, or any other relevant field

Travel Requirements:
