Food and Beverage Operations Manager. 4* Hotel Louth We are currently seeking an experienced and hands on Food and Beverage Operations Manager to join the team at a 4* Hotel in Louth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a result driven leader who is passionate about team development and creating an exceptional guest experience. The successful candidate must have a strong F&B background along with experience overseeing large events and conferences. Key Responsibilities: Conduct handover briefings to stay informed about events and special requirements. Maintain a visible presence, personally greeting and interacting with customers to create a personalised service environment. Monitor and coordinate all hotel departments, ensuring adequate staffing levels. Ensure completion of checklists, reports, and handovers at the end of each shift. Implement and update Department Standard Operating Procedures to ensure high-quality customer care. Communicate customer feedback promptly and contribute to service and training improvements. Assist with budget preparation, compile reports, and analyse variances. Monitor costs, adhere to purchasing procedures, and ensure efficient stock control. Collaborate with external contractors and suppliers to maintain agreed standards. Payroll monitoring and control. Prioritize health and safety of team members, customers, and third-party service providers. Oversee the Day to Day running of the Hotel. Requirements: Proven experience as a F&B Operations or in a similar role with a strong background in events in a 4* Hotel Have excellent IT skills. Team focused and good at building relationships with stakeholders. Ability to motivate and develop the team. Excellent administration skills with strong attention to detail. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and cost control. Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
