Responsibilities include:
1. To maintain & service hotel bedrooms on a daily basis.
2. To be responsible for the maintaining & cleaning of all public areas.
3. To promote a positive attitude to staff & customers alike.
4. To maintain high standards of cleanliness in the hotel & surrounding areas.
5. To operate all machinery and care for as necessary.
6. To use all solvents as directed.
7. To deal with customer enquiries and complaints.
8. To have an in-depth knowledge of all hotel facilities available.
9. To communicate all hotel facilities and services to guests.
10. To ensure a high level of personal hygiene at all times.
11. To wear the uniform provided.
