Location: Dublin City Centre - Hybrid role

Responsibilities:
* Manage employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
* Manage employment relations processes of varying degrees.
* Manage performance reviews, salary reviews, and benefits management.
* Support on process improvement, budget management, and HR strategy.
* Stakeholder management and liaising with departments.
* Oversee day-to-day HR Admin and HR Generalist functions.
* Oversee payroll to ensure accuracy.
* Support with HR general queries.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in a HR role within an Operations focus.
* Must have professional or legal services industry experience.
* Strong HRIS management, ER understanding, and proven management of Junior HR professionals.
* Keen communication and analytical skills.
