We are hiring for a Reception Manager to join and lead our dynamic Rapport team of 5 Ambassadors across London and Dublin. You will be based in Mayfair. Our client is an American global investment company with stunning offices. The HQ is an incredible workspace, where you will have many opportunities to deliver excellent service to colleagues and clients alike.
We are looking for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with everyone they meet. You will be an integral part of a highly professional team, focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences across the two receptions on the client floors and 17 meeting rooms.
This is a full-time, permanent role (40 hours per week). You will be working from Monday to Friday on a shift rota basis between 7:30 AM to 7 PM, with flexibility as per business needs.
Main responsibilities
* Organising and managing the Guest Services Contract in accordance with and to the standards required by Rapport and the Client
* Effectively managing the contract by providing great quality Front of House Guest Services, Switchboard, and on-site Events coordination as required
* Contributing to the strategic development of all sites across the UK and Ireland
* Maintaining a hands-on approach at all times, and covering the reception desk at key operational hours
* Ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction by anticipating the guests’ needs
* Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, guests, decision-makers, while also understanding their drivers and the nature of their business
* Leading, motivating, training, and managing a diverse team across London and Dublin
* Analysing and effectively managing all in-unit costs
The ideal candidate will

* Have proven leadership/people management and customer/client service delivery skills in a similar role within a five-star establishment (e.g., luxury hotel, premium airline, or corporate environment)
* Have the ability to create immediate rapport and effectively communicate on all levels
* Be highly organised, with passion for delivering high standard service and going the extra mile
* Have great interpersonal skills, an outgoing and vibrant personality
* Demonstrate an excellent command of the English language, both in verbal and written communication
* Be IT and computer literate
* Be self-motivated and able to adapt to a changing environment
* Possess the ability to prepare and present monthly and quarterly presentations
* Have a financial understanding and managing budgets
