An esteemed law firm is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and organised Training Coordinator to join its Learning and Development team, based in Dublin 2.
This role offers a competitive salary, great benefits, and hybrid working options.As a Training Coordinator, you'll be an integral part of the L&D team, working alongside 6 colleagues to schedule and organise training programmes for employees at all levels.
You'll support the planning and execution of learning events and campaigns, ensuring smooth communication by tracking attendance, engagement, and following up with participants.

Key Responsibilities: Proactively providing administrative support to a team of 5+ colleagues.Support the launch, execution and evaluation of the learning programmes, events, and campaigns.Assist with communications, monitor attendance and engagement, manage in-person and online events, research topics and skills, and engage with speakers in their preparation / follow up.L&D Event Coordination: Calendar management, attendance tracking and recording, preparing materials, consolidating feedback, liaising with external vendors, room management, participant communications etc.
Requirements: 1-2 years experience in an administrative/scheduling/coordination role dealing with a high volume of admin.Prefereably from an L&D or HR environment (ideally 1-2 years experience as a L&D Administrator; in Events Coordination, or as a Junior Project Manager).Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Strong attention to detail.Proactive approach to work.Ability to take initiative and take ownership of the role.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
