Main Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Telephone answering and redirecting
* Complete Room Reservation bookings
* Complete Food & Beverage Reservation bookings
* Concierge Services - Sound local knowledge on attractions and services
* Provide a warm welcome to our guests on their arrival to Park Hotel Kenmare
* Introduce our guests to the hotel facilities and services
* Escort them to their room
* Accurate cashiering and billing duties
* Good written communication completing emails and letters
* Complete voucher requests
* Listen and respond to guest queries and requests both in-person and by phone
* Provide accurate information about local attractions and services
* Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to address any guest requests
* Follow the Park Hotel Kenmare 5-star best practices along with Relais & Chateaux 5-star guidelines
