Responsibilities Manage the travel and accommodation requests of employees and executives in a timely manner according to project schedules Assist with arranging appropriate modes of travel such as flights and rental cars, as well as making hotel reservations, coordinating with landlords/estate agents, and preparing itineraries Liaise with various travel agencies and companies for bookings and cancellations Log and maintain all travel records, spreadsheets, and calendars. Log and check all travel agency invoices on a weekly basis. Prepare high quality monthly travel reports for the payroll team. Requirements Fluent English, both written and spoken Previous experience working within a travel admin role (required) Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and long-term apartments Self-motivated, assertive individual, problem solver and teamwork oriented Excellent interpersonal skills and business acumen Extremely proficient in MS Office applications Knowledge of bulk booking software and technologies like IATA, Amadeus, Galileo preferred Awareness about international travel regulations, customs, and currencies Degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field desirable Must be available to commute daily to Dublin 22 This is a fully onsite role on a temporary contract with a view of permanency for the right candidate Please reach out to #CplOS25 Skills: Travel Administration Microsoft Office
