RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Recruitment Administrator to join our client, a leading financial services organisation based in Dublin City Centre. This is a contract role for 3-6 months initially, offering an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a dynamic and fast-paced environment and to get HR exposure. This is a hybrid position and immediate availability is ideal.
Key Responsibilities
1. Candidate Screening: Review CVs against job specifications, identifying suitable candidates for shortlisting.
2. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
3. Interview Support: Attend interviews as required, taking detailed notes and providing administrative support.
4. Agency Management: Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, including setting up meetings and managing agency submissions.
5. Data Entry & Administration: Accurately maintain candidate records and other relevant data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
6. General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as required.
Experience/Requirements
1. Proven experience as a Recruitment Administrator or in a similar role.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook.
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
7. Immediate availability is essential.
8. Experience working within the financial services industry.
9. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Remuneration Package
€35,000 to €40,000
