Job Title: Administration/Compliance Officer

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Supporting internal and external compliance policies and procedures
* Collecting documents, processing necessary documentation for visa application and other registration applications
* Maintaining and strengthening company processes, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of relevant Healthcare Laws
* Assisting with quality and compliance management
* Supporting the processing team as required
Key Responsibilities
The Administration/Compliance Officer will be responsible for:
* Creating and updating compliance policy, procedure, and forms
* Maintaining a strong understanding of licensing requirements
* Auditing candidate files to ensure all client hospital onboarding documents are gathered
* Researching, recording, and applying requirements to successfully submit a visa application
* Cross-checking visa application documents for submission
Additional Responsibilities
The role also involves:
* Creating any required documents for both internal and external use
* Any other administration-related tasks assigned by the management
* Document Processing: Handling various types of documents submitted by candidates, such as passports, visas, medical certificates, and educational transcripts, and processing them according to the requirements of immigration and labour laws of destination country
* Coordinating with relevant organisations, universities, embassies, and offices in relation to document legalisations, verifications, attestations, and visas
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have:
* A Bachelor's degree in any field
* At least 2 years post-graduation experience
* Minimum 5 years experience as an administrator
* Previous experience working in compliance is desirable
* Previous reporting experience and logistical experience is desirable
* Demonstratable experience in database management
* Demonstratable experience in document processing and the ability to process large volumes of information accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner
Skills and Qualities
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Detail-oriented with strong planning, workflow management, and organisational skills
* Overall strong computer and software application skills, especially proficiency in using all Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, Power Point
* Analytical, time management, and task management skills
* Have an understanding of quality management and compliance
* Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
* Customer service orientated
* Energetic, self-motivated, independent
