Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and participate in vehicle repairs and servicing on the workshop floor to drive branch and company performance.
* Ensure timely completion of administrative tasks and maintain accurate records on internal systems.
* Assist the Branch Manager with audits, operational requirements, and ensure adherence to Health & Safety protocols for a safe working environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
* At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a similar role.
* Strong technical expertise in motor vehicle repairs and servicing.
* Effective communication and leadership abilities.
