Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Finance Specialist with advanced knowledge of SAP to lead a SAP implementation project in the Southeast of Ireland. The ideal candidate will have a background in finance and SAP, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage project-related tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide financial oversight for SAP implementation throughout various client locations
* Assist in the administration and coordination of the SAP project, including documentation, scheduling, reporting, and on-site training
* Work closely with local managers and teams to ensure smooth integration of SAP financial processes
* Support procurement and invoicing processes related to the SAP implementation
* Prepare financial reports, cost analysis, and forecasts for senior stakeholders
* Support training and change management efforts related to the SAP system
Requirements:
* Proven experience in SAP is essential
* Experience implementing SAP projects, preferably in an accounting or administrative capacity
* Strong background in finance, accounting, or project administration
* Proficiency in SAP modules related to finance
* Experience in tracking budgets, managing invoices, and financial reporting
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with various stakeholders
