Recruitment Co-Ordinator – North County Dublin
* Represent the firm at career fairs, engaging with students and graduates to showcase career opportunities.
* Manage the end-to-end process for our College Student Placement and Graduate Programmes, from advertising roles to onboarding and offboarding.
* Ensure all onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation and end-of-placement presentations, are completed efficiently.
* Track and review student performance before their placement ends.
* Maintain accurate records by updating the HR system with new starter details and required documentation (e.g., training certificates).
* Support recruitment activities by sourcing and screening candidates, reviewing CVs, and coordinating interviews.
* Provide clear and timely communication to candidates about the progress and outcome of their applications.
* Assist with work permit and visa applications when required.
* Foster strong relationships with external recruitment agencies to support hiring needs.
* Ensure recruitment systems are kept up to date for reporting purposes.
* Collaborate with the HR team and site teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
* Manage recruitment advertising across social media, job boards, and other relevant platforms.
* Monitor and respond to queries in the recruitment mailbox.
* Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices, contributing to initiatives that improve efficiency and hiring quality.
* Conduct exit interviews and prepare quarterly and annual reports.
