Position Overview
As a senior customer lead for the health and beauty channel, you will be an integral part of the commercial leadership team in one of Ireland's leading brand houses. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for driving relationships with Ireland's largest retailers in the pharmacy, department store, and lifestyle sectors.
You will also have day-to-day responsibility for managing their largest customers in the beauty sector on brands such as Sculpted By Aimee, RealTechiques, Hawaiian Topic and EcoTools to name a few.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead your team to achieve a culture of excellence throughout the business.
2. Build strong relationships with customers and clients, delivering exceptional results.
3. Embrace innovation in all business practices.
4. Drive the company's retail business development strategy by identifying and seeking out new opportunities across both new and existing retailers and channels.
5. Own customer sales performance by actively identifying opportunities and risks.
6. Work collaboratively with brand teams and key stakeholders to maximize opportunities for future success.
7. Ensure Joint Business Plans align with account strategies, maximize account opportunities, and meet company and client objectives.
8. Achieve NSV and profitability targets and brand plans.
Minimum Requirements
If you have a minimum of 5 years of National Account experience at a Senior NAM or Controller level within a fast-paced, dynamic organization, and demonstrable experience of working with leading retailers in the beauty or personal care category across the Irish Pharmacy and Department store sectors, then we invite you to apply for this role.
