What You'll Do? Partner with business leaders to implement a People Strategy that empowers teams and fuels growth.Collaborate with global HR teams, Centres of Excellence, and Shared Services to ensure seamless execution of key initiatives.Lead HR projects from start to finish, ensuring measurable impact.Manage Employee Relations (ER) cases, offering expert guidance and coaching to People Managers.Work closely with talent acquisition teams to support hiring decisions and smooth onboarding experiences.Provide data-driven insights that inform HR strategy and decision-making.Drive leadership development, performance management, and change management efforts.Apply deep knowledge of local employment laws and best practices to support talent growth and compliance.What You Bring Proven experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, or Employee Relations.Strong stakeholder management skills – you can influence and build trust across all levels.A strategic problem solver who turns insights into action.Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions.Hands-on experience coaching managers and resolving ER cases.A degree in HR or a related field (CIPD membership is a plus!
).Passion for creating a positive, high-performing workplace culture.This opportunity is a 6-month contract, hybrid in Dublin.
