Our client is seeking to recruit a Sales Office Supervisor in Co. Mayo
Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure high standards of customer service and selling at all times.
2. Process quotations, customer orders, product returns, payments, and credit notes onto our system in a timely manner.
3. Liaise with customers or potential customers regarding their enquiries.
4. Correctly inform customers of product availability and delivery status of orders through to successful delivery.
5. Act as subject expert for all products.
6. Liaise with purchasing, warehouse, and sales team to ensure an efficient order delivery service.
7. Proactive telesales to existing database of customers with the aim of increasing sales.
8. Record communications on Customer Relationship Management system.
9. Promote featured product offers.
Skills Required:
1. 2-5 years experience in a sales-driven role.
2. Good organisation skills with attention to detail.
3. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
4. Experience of computer applications such as Microsoft Office, Email, and Internet.
5. Experience of Sage/CRM would be an advantage.
