Corporate Receptionist – Temporary Roles Elevate Partners are seeking professional and friendly individuals to join our temporary team covering short term corporate receptionist roles. The Successful candidate will be highly organised and have excellent communications skills. Role duties include: Manage front of house reception area Manage phone lines Sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing post Office organisation – cleaners, ordering of equipment such as mobile phones, company cars etc General Administration Duties Responsible for the smooth running of the client suite Arranging and coordinating meetings for senior stakeholders Developing and maintaining professional relationships with staff and clients at all levels Greeting clients on arrival and ensuring all their needs are taken care of RequirementsRequirements Previous experience in a similar role in a corporate environment Proven ability to manage a range of tasks at the same time – Highly organised with the ability to manage own workflow whilst being mindful of the need of others Ability to manage and follow tasks through to completion Clear and considered communication skills Ability to co-ordinate the activities of others – such as arranging meeting rooms, training etc. Ability to influence and interact in a professional manner with a range of stakeholders (both senior and junior), in person and over the telephone.
