Talent Acquisition Business Partner (Full Time)Loughrea, IrelandDescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and collaborative HR team as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. In this key role, you will work closely with hiring managers across the business to deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience and attract top talent to support our current and future growth strategy. Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will contribute to and help execute a strategic, efficient, and people-centric Talent Acquisition (TA) function that aligns with Chanelle Pharma’s ambitious goals.Location: Hybrid policy (Onsite in Loughrea office 3 days per week, 2 days remote)applies after the probationary period is completed.As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, your key responsibilities will be:Working in partnership with Hiring Managers as their dedicated Business Partner to guide them through the Talent Acquisition process.In line with the Recruitment Service Level Agreement (SLA), proactively manage open requisition volumes to deliver a superior and timely TA experience for internal clients.Holding intake meetings with each hiring manager to determine the specific hiring needs and selection criteria for the open vacancy.Owning, leading and delivering on the key recruitment activities and metrics with regards to attraction, strategic sourcing, interviewing, assessment and offer management processes.Ensuring that candidates are afforded a best-in-class candidate experience with timely feedback given to all candidates at each stage of the processDeveloping Talent Pools and pipelines for critical roles and business groups from initial outreach to application and hire.Engaging in Market Mapping and seek out market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction and sourcing methodologies.Actively blog, engage and act as Brand Champion on all our employer branding initiatives.Participating and managing initiatives under our Early Career Programmes to include but not limited to Youth Education, Transition Year, Internships and Graduates etc.Managing all Talent Acquisition systems to ensure all data is updated daily, and KPI Dashboard reporting is maintained.Building sustainable and engaging relationships with external providers and institutions, such as Recruitment Agencies, 3rd Party Organisations and Educational Providers.Actively engaging and leading on HR related project work and initiatives as and when required.*The above is not intended to be construed as an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required and would be subject to change/addition as and when dictated by business requirements.Education & Experience:Degree qualified in Business, Marketing, HR, and or a related field is preferred.1-3 years of demonstrated Inhouse Talent Acquisition experience in competitive and/or fast-moving environments, with ability to manage the full Talent Acquisition life cycle and stakeholders, amid competing priorities.Experience recruiting in GMP environments within Pharma and MedTech Industry essential.Demonstrated experience of using LinkedIn and social media platforms as attraction and employer branding tools essential.Demonstrable high level of expertise in Google forms, Boolean Technology, Microsoft Office, including Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Demonstrate and lead on the values, initiatives, and culture of the organisation and act as a brand ambassador for HR and Chanelle Pharma as an organisation.Self-starter with demonstrated drive for success, analytical & problem-solving skills, can do and continuous improvement attitude.Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation, build relationships, collaborate with others and be able to influence is vital in this role.Proactive with excellent organisational skills, possessing strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing demands/multiple tasks are key skills required for this role.Applicants from diverse backgrounds, including those returning after a career break or with transferable skills from non-traditional career paths, are encouraged to apply.
