Realtime Recruitment is looking for a Programme Manager to join our Digital Product team, playing a key role in shaping and executing a major digital transformation initiative.
This is a 12-month FTC and offers hybrid working.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the forefront of digital change, collaborating across UX, E-Commerce, IT, Finance, and other teams to bring seamless digital experiences to life.
Responsibilities
* Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive programme plan in line with digital strategy.
* Coordinate with cross-functional leads to deliver key milestones on time, within scope, and on budget.
* Ensure resource alignment and manage the programme's end-to-end delivery.
* Support Product Managers in business case development and performance tracking.
* Manage scope, timelines, and budgets, adapting to changes with agility.
* Track and report on programme performance using robust tools and methodologies.
* Engage regularly with leadership and stakeholders to align on strategy and execution.
* Drive collaboration with internal teams, third-party vendors, and retail partners to ensure smooth delivery and optimal outcomes.
* Oversee programme governance, including meeting agendas, action tracking, and follow-ups.
Requirements:
* A strong track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a commercial environment.
* Proven leadership and influencing skills, with experience guiding diverse teams.
* Excellent communication, planning, and analytical capabilities.
* Strong numeracy skills and proficiency in Excel.
* Experience in vendor management and contract drafting.
* A background in retail or FMCG is highly desirable.
* A collaborative mindset and a passion for building strong partnerships.
