Key Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in a service advisor or customer-facing automotive role.
Strong communication skills to explain technical information clearly.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
Full, clean driving licence required.
