Main Responsibilities:
* Credit Control Mailbox Management: Managing the credit control mailbox, promptly responding to inquiries, and resolving customer queries.
* Proof of Deliveries and Documentation: Sending out proof of deliveries (PODs) and ensuring accurate documentation of deliveries and payments.
* Cash Applications and Payments Processing: Processing daily cash applications and credit card payments efficiently and accurately.
* New Client Account Opening: Assisting in opening new client accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is obtained and verified.
* Financial Record Maintenance: Working closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records.
* Credit Control and Accounts Receivable Support: Collaborating with internal teams to address any issues related to credit control and accounts receivable.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Experience: At least 1 year of experience in accounts or administration, preferably in a credit control or finance-related role.
* Attention to Detail and Prioritization: Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
