Job Summary:
This role involves resourcing candidates using multiple methods, servicing vacancies, and developing new business while managing client expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong sales generation and business development skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Resourcing candidates through job board searching, targeted adverts, and head-hunting on LinkedIn
* Servicing temporary and permanent vacancies with an established database of clients
* Developing new business while managing client expectations
* Identifying sales opportunities and providing innovative recruitment solutions
* Interviewing candidates and offering career guidance, coaching, CV preparation, and interview practice
* Managing key accounts and overseeing all aspects of job placements from start to completion
* Recording communication and details on a candidate management system
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in recruitment or HR
* Qualification to A-level standard or equivalent
* Proven sales generation record
* Strong business development skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to prioritize and work independently
