This role is part of Ireland's largest Investment team, offering comprehensive domestic and cross-border investment services through our global office network.
We are seeking a full-time Analyst to join our team at the Head Office in Dublin 2, where you will provide fully integrated financial advice and transaction execution services across all sectors nationwide.
The team advises on equity advisory services, including buy and sell-side M&A, fundraising, and joint-venture structuring. We have advised on over €2.5 bn of real estate transactions in the past three years, focusing on the office, logistics, retail, PRS, and student sectors.
This role offers a unique opportunity to join a highly regarded real estate advisory and transactional business that provides sophisticated equity advisory services alongside exceptional real estate consultancy and capital markets advice.
You will work with best-in-class operators, investment managers, and investors to provide differentiated advice to clients. Successful candidates will be inquisitive and self-motivated, with a strong commercial interest in real estate capital markets and a desire to learn about various new sectors, structures, and geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the senior team in winning and executing Irish real estate instructions
* Conduct financial analysis and prepare bespoke financial models for large-scale projects
* Prepare transaction deliverables, including detailed financial analysis and corporate summaries
* Conduct comprehensive research assignments into traditional and alternative real estate sectors
* Take responsibility for project management and administration
* Contribute to improving internal processes to drive efficiencies
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:
* A genuine interest in real estate and a strong desire to develop a long-term career in real estate corporate finance
* Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modelling software
* Strong analytical skills - both quantitative and qualitative
* Organised, diligent, and hardworking, with attention to detail
* Team player, capable of planning ahead and managing time effectively
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ideal qualifications: Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or similar financial qualification
