About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our client's team in Longford, Ireland. This is a permanent, full-time position working on-site Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and inductions.
* Participate in employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
* Manage and maintain employee records, absenteeism, compliance documentation, and data.
* Oversee work visas and permits.
* Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
* Prepare reports and HR analytics/statistics.
Requirements
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar HR role.
* Third-level qualification in HR or CIPD, or working towards it.
* Essential experience with employee disciplinary actions and grievances.
* Knowledge of Irish Employment Law.
* Experience using ERP/HR management systems.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a team.
* Strong communication and people skills.
* Strong planning and organizational skills with high accuracy standards.
* Fluent written and spoken English.
* Must have own transport and full Irish driving license.
