Job Description
As a Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service and that our sales targets are met and exceeded. Your key responsibilities will include:
• Leading by example in delivering excellent customer service and demonstrating effective sales techniques
• Ensuring that all customers receive prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable service
• Monitoring customer service levels and implementing strategies to continuously improve service delivery
• Driving sales to meet and exceed store targets
• Encouraging upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue opportunities
• Ensuring the store is visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized
• Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of products, including features, benefits, and latest trends
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Previous retail experience, preferably in footwear or fashion
• A proven track record in customer service and sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A strong passion for customer service and building relationships
