Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and approachable Office Coordinator to be the face and backbone of our office.
You will be the go-to person for everything from greeting visitors with a smile to providing vital administrative support for our Health & Safety Manager and HR team.
This is a varied and fun role that will suit a proactive all-rounder with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities
1. Greet and assist visitors, maintaining a welcoming environment.
2. Provide admin support to the Health & Safety and HR departments, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
3. Organise internal functions, team meetings, and office events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
4. Handle general office duties such as managing supplies, answering calls, and coordinating office maintenance.
5. Assist with updating records and supporting compliance needs as directed by the H&S and HR teams.
