You will be responsible for leading the team, managing project deliverables and quality, across a range of sectors.Accountabilities:Support all aspects of small to large complex projects.Report to Project Associate /Director.Manage all requirements of projects, in accordance with client requirements and current regulations.Manage and coordinate project resources (weekly).Lead and develop employees in accordance with OCSC HR policies.Manage client expectations and attend client meetings.Minimum Requirements:A recognised degree in Structural Engineering or equivalent.Minimum 5 + years structural design experience in the Irish/UK Construction sector.Approaching chartership status.Strong analytical and technical skills.Experience of undertaking steel, masonry, timber, and concrete design to Eurocodes, Irish Building Regulations, Codes of Practice and Technical Standards.Proficiency in Structural Engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla or ROBOT.Good planning, organisation, interpersonal and communication skills.A 'can do' attitude with commitment to excellent customer service.Up to date with continuous developments in Structural Engineering.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionConstructionLocation: Cork, County Cork, IrelandSalary: €65,000.00-€80,000.00
