About the Role
BROOK LODGE & MACREDDIN VILLAGE IS SEEKING A TALENTED EVENT PROFESSIONAL TO JOIN OUR WEDDINGS TEAM.
This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual with a strong sales background to collaborate with our passionate team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full sales and event process from initial enquiry to post-event follow-up.
* Work closely with wedding couples, event organisers, and internal operational managers to ensure seamless event execution.
* Maintain high standards within the Sales & Events department ensuring exceptional customer service at all stages.
* Handle administrative tasks efficiently ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
* Contribute to sales efforts by converting enquiries into bookings and maximising revenue opportunities.
* Assist with on-the-day coordination of weddings and events as needed.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in events hospitality or a similar sales-driven role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and friendly approach.
* Excellent computer proficiency knowledge of hotel operations is an advantage.
* Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities with keen attention to detail.
* Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and midweek shifts.
* Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
