Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00.
You will create compelling tender responses, completing PQQs and PowerPoint presentations in order to secure new contracts for the company.
You will work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality, client-focused submissions.
The Role Develop and
Deliver Winning Bids:
Create persuasive and compliant bid documents, tailoring responses to meet client-specific requirements and highlighting the company's unique selling points.
Collaboration with Stakeholders:
Work closely with the bidding team, subject matter experts, and other internal departments to gather relevant information and ensure cohesive and accurate submissions.
Content Development:
Write, proofread, and edit bid responses, PQQs and PowerPoint presentations, to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with company branding.
Maintain Bid Library:
Develop and manage a database of standard responses, templates, and case studies to improve efficiency and consistency in future bids.
Post-Submission Activities:
Assist in reviewing client feedback to refine future bids and improve the overall success rate.
Our Bid Writer 2+ years' experience in a similar role e.g.
technical bid writing or content creation.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, or a related field is preferable.
Proven ability to write and deliver compelling, client-focused proposals under tight deadlines.
Excellent IT literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, inDesign) is advantageous.
Familiarity with CRM systems and bid management tools is advantageous.
Exceptional communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and persuasive content is fundamental.
Strong English-language skills are essential for this role.
