Work alongside the General Manager to develop and execute innovative strategies that enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Oversee the seamless coordination of departments, including accommodation, food & beverage, events, and guest services. Partner with the events team to create and deliver exceptional, tailored experiences, ensuring flawless execution. Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive event business, enhance the venues reputation, and maximise revenue. Conduct regular health & safety audits, proactively addressing risks and ensuring compliance. Lead sustainability initiatives, identifying innovative ways to reduce environmental impact and enhance efficiency. Support financial planning, budgeting, and cost control efforts to drive profitability. Implement dynamic pricing strategies, value-driven upselling, and efficient labour cost management to exceed financial targets. Handle guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring swift resolutions that enhance overall satisfaction. Requirements: Proven leadership and organisational skills. Experience in operations, events, and food & beverage management within the hospitality sector. Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and sustainability best practices.
