The opportunity We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic outsourcing team as RSM Ireland continues its growth journey. We are seeking a talented manager to lead our financial reporting solution within this expanding area of the firm. This role promises challenging, engaging, and rewarding work in an innovative and forward-thinking environment. As a manager, you will play a crucial role in both the successful management of the department and the delivery of high-quality client services. Responsibilities include: Building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients. Providing a high standard of client service, with predominately internationally active clients. Execution of client engagements and technical queries in an efficient and professional manner Opportunity to work with partners and directors on firmwide engagements. Coordinating and collaborating with other RSM member firms on cross-border projects and business development initiatives. Contributing to the operational management of the financial reporting team, including certain business development initiatives. Providing mentorship to junior staff, and work on attracting, developing, and retaining the best talents for the firm. The ideal candidate The successful candidate will be motivated, ambitious and confident who seeks a fresh challenge with a rapidly expanding firm. The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience and qualifications: Qualified ACA or ACCA accountant with at least three years PQE Strong technical experience of Financial Reporting Standards in UK and Ireland (FRS 102) Experience in dealing with tax compliance matters for SME clients Excellent client relationship management skills Commercially focused with good practice development and interpersonal skills Proficiency with accounting software packages along with Microsoft applications Strong communication and leaderships skills Team player with experience in managing staff. Prior practice experience is preferred As this is a client facing role there will be a requirement for some travel to client premises therefore a full, clean Irish or International driver's license is desirable. #RSM is an equal opportunity employer.
