Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert support for cloud-based CRM systems.
* Educate customers on new and existing products.
* Troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
* Manage escalations and ensure top-tier service.
* Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Development teams.
Requirements:
* Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
* Higher/Third-level education.
* Professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to travel nationally and internationally (Valid passport and driving license required).
