Head of Finance About your new employer Head of Finance role with a US payments company looking to set up in Ireland.
(This is a fully remote role, but you will be required to go to the office once or twice a month)
About your new job:
Reporting to the board of Directors you will be responsible for the overall management of financial resources, financial planning and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting and tax obligations Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies.
Financial reporting to the Board and to regulators as required.
Budgeting and forecasting / cashflow management Oversee and coordinate audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion while addressing any findings or recommendations to enhance financial controls and compliance.
What skills you need:
Qualified Accountant with 10+ years PQE.
Must have previous experience working in a Payments company at FC or Head of Finance level.
Ability to thrive within a fast paced environment Strong management experience Strong experience of statutory reporting, regulatory reporting of financial performance, and ensuring compliance with capital requirements.
