An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Marketing Manager to join our retail & catering company based in Dublin North.
This role requires a candidate with a full driver's license due to the need for travel. The successful individual will be responsible for developing and executing localised marketing strategies, encompassing on-site displays, signage, community engagement, partnerships, and traditional media campaigns.
The Retail Marketing Manager will serve as a strategic link between the Marketing, Mobilisation, and Operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of numerous brands under our company portfolio.
Key Accountabilities:
* Develop and implement the brand's portfolio activation strategy from concept to site opening.
* Lead the activation planning process and brand application in physical environments.
* Collaborate closely with the mobilisation/operations/culinary teams to align new business activations with customer feedback and business objectives.
* Create and execute marketing programs, campaigns, and materials to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Manage key suppliers to guarantee timely project delivery.
* Build strong relationships across all levels of the business, stakeholders, and third parties.
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the marketing function, including scheduling, planning, and delivering marketing work as required.
* Manage, mentor, and supervise the workload of the marketing team.
* Deliver a well-planned schedule of marketing theme events/days.
About You
We seek an exceptional candidate with extensive knowledge in retail marketing, a proven track record of achieving measurable enhancements, onsite performance, and experience in leading teams.
* Proven expertise in brand, catering, retail, or customer marketing positions.
* Demonstrated ability to launch new businesses in physical settings.
* Experience working with architects, graphic designers, interior designers, signage fabrication experts, and installers.
* Comprehensive understanding of the food and beverage industry and its major stakeholders.
