Personal Lines Customer Service Executive
This role provides an opportunity to gain experience in customer service, customer retention, and policy administration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work in all sections of personal lines, including Renewals, Processing mid-term adjustments, after sales customer enquiries.
* Build rapport with customers.
* Retain existing business and work towards renewal retention targets.
* Ensure all data is kept up-to-date on Applied Relay systems.
* Deal with all customer requests efficiently.
* Provide high-level customer service.
* Process administrative duties with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements:
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise and manage daily tasks.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
* Applied system (Relay) knowledge is an advantage.
* Clear and proficient communication and negotiation skills.
* Motivated and positive outlook.
Experience & Qualifications:
* Minimum 1 year experience in personal lines.
* Minimum APA qualified or working towards APA.
