Reservation Agent - Ashling Hotel
Objective of the Role
Working with the Reservations Manager and Revenue Manager, the Reservation Agent will act as the main point of contact for guest bedroom bookings.
General Duties:
1. Opera Knowledge
2. Ensure all guest bookings are entered correctly and communicate any requests with the relevant departments.
3. Ensure GDPR is adhered to at all times.
4. Ensure responses are done in a timely manner.
Key Requirements:
1. 1+ years of experience within either Reservations or Front Office.
2. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
3. Ability to work under pressure during peak season.
