Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Manager to lead and optimise our day-to-day human resources operations while ensuring compliance with Irish employment legislation.
About the Role
* Manage all HR operations, including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, succession planning, retention strategies, and offboarding.
* Design and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with Irish labour laws and industry standards.
* Oversee employee records, payroll administration, and benefits to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
* Provide expert guidance on HR-related matters and collaborate with various departments to address workforce challenges.
* Monitor and evaluate key HR metrics and ensure the timely completion of relevant reports.
* Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3-5 years in a senior HR role with proven leadership and team management experience.
* A Degree in Human Resources (a master's degree or professional HR certification is advantageous).
* Strong understanding of Irish labour laws, WRC processes, and HR compliance.
* CIPD qualification and membership are desirable.
* Proficient in HR systems, with experience in Workday being a strong advantage.
What We Offer
Salary: €70,000 – €80,000 + annual performance bonus, Pension contribution and a healthcare allowance.
