Red Chair Recruitment is currently accepting applications for an experienced Assistant Store Manager in Co. Kerry.
Main Responsibilities
Assist the store manager in the overall running of the store, with a focus on the plumbing and heating department. Work collaboratively with the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Requirements
* 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar role.
* Expertise in plumbing, heating, renewable energy, hardware, and building materials.
* Proven track record of leadership and team management.
* Strong communication, organization, leadership, and time management skills.
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
* Experience with stock control, rotation, and taking.
* Customer-focused approach to provide outstanding service and experience.
* Proficiency in using CRM systems.
Package Offered
* A competitive salary range of €50,000 – €60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
