The Farnham Estate 4* Spa and Golf Resort is a 158-bedroom luxury hotel and golf resort based in Cavan.

The Role: Reporting to the Spa Manager the Pool Attendant is responsible for creating and maintaining exceptional customer care, providing orientation tour, explaining spa amenities offered and answering questions guests may have in a professional manor.
Perform various cleaning tasks i.e.
Mopping, hoovering and dusting around the pool, thermal area, gym and surrounding areas maintaining a high standard in terms of cleanliness and hygiene.
Stock locker room supplies and amenities and maintain accurate supply lists and inventory sheets.
Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction Carry out pool water tests such as PH and chlorine and carry out the back-wash duties when required.
The Ideal Candidate will: The successful candidate will have previous professional cleaning experience and will be passionate about the maintenance of high standards.
A professional manner and a great attitude towards providing high levels of customer service A willingness to progress their career in hotel spa Excellent command of the English Language, both written and oral.
At least one years' experience working within a spa environment Ability to focus and multitask, to use time efficiently; prioritise and organise work.
